Pilates Mat Class

JUST BREATHE Pilates is a stimulating class for the mind as well as the body. It is a unique system of exercises designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility and balance and create a more streamlined shape.

JUST BREATE Pilates introduces the five basic fundamentals of the technique; breathing, control, centering, precision and flowing movement which all help to provide you with an instrumental foundation for all forms of exercise. It focuses on gaining muscle alignment, achieving a flexible spine and obtaining what is called “core strength”-- when the abdominals and back muscles create a girdle of strength that helps to support your torso.

The emphasis is on the core and the breath; however Pilates works all of the muscles, all the time. You will feel energized, refreshed and relaxed after each workout. If overall fitness is your goal, then JUST BREATHE Pilates is your ticket to get there.
