Fusion
Fusion is a fun and challenging blend of vinyasa yoga,
Pilates and strength conditioning designed to increase
muscle tone, core strength & balance.
Flowing movements are performed with the intention of
keeping the heart rate elevated to create a full body workout.
Previous yoga experience is recommended,
but all ability levels are welcome.
