Has maintained a private bodywork practice since 1994. His professional background as a licensed massage therapist and certified Trager ® practitioner , offers clients an eclectic blend of deep tissue massage and body/movement awareness. Mike’s practice as a clinical manual lymphatic drainage therapist supports the needs and maintenance of clients recovering from surgical procedures and lymph edema issues. Bodywork sessions and movement education are designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Currently completing the requirements to become certified as a professional level Kripalu yoga instructor, Mike teaches yoga at the Big Bend Yoga Center, Washington University, and Cancer treatment centers in the metro-east area. is a Nationally Certified, Licensed Acupuncturist, Oriental Bodyworker and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 5000 hours of training and 13+ years of clinical experience. He has successfully treated hundreds of clients for conditions including: chronic & acute pain, allergies, digestive problems, constitutional imbalances, mood/stress disorders, and basic preventive maintainence. This acupuncture treatment (Japanese Acupuncture & Meridian Therapy) is gentle, safe and proven effective while Jeff's bodywork is an eclectic array of deep, relaxing and balancing techniques precisely tailored to the individual.

Maegan practices Japanese Acupuncture and Meridian Therapy, which combines gentle needling with Asian Bodywork techniques. Acupuncture has no side effects and works in concert with any other system of medicine. She provides comprehensive health maintenance for the needs of all people, while focusing on Women's Health Care. Maegan has a private practice and sees clients both at Big Bend Yoga Center and St. Anthony's-Women's Specialty Center.

licensed massage therapist, has practiced massage therapy since 1993. She uses a variety of techniques from deep tissue work to light energetic work. Deborah has been trained in Ortho-bionomy (positional release to relieve pain, regain balance in the body, and release of soft tissues to allow bones to re-align), myofacial release (spreading of fascia and removal of deep scar tissue), Swedish massage, sports massage, Chapman's neuro-lymphatic drainage, watsu, vibrational therapy and more.

Kim, a massage therapist licensed since 2006, is a graduate of The Healing Arts Center in St. Louis.  By providing a compassionate, safe and nurturing environment during treatments, Kim finds that her clients become very attuned to their physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.  Her work is intuitive and integrates a variety of modalities.  Her background includes training in pranic healing (localized cleansing and energizing, stabliization of chakras, meridians and aura), myofascial release (increasing circulation and fluidity of motion through prolonged stretching, pressure and traction of the body; rejuvenating areas of the body that have become 'stuck' due to repetivtive use or trauma), Swedish massage, deep touch, pre-natal massage and reiki.

of T'ai Chi Chih.
