Many years ago, I took some classes at BBC through the Community College. After those classes ended and my schedule changed, I tried taking an occasional class at various places around town, but I never found a place or a teacher that spoke to me.
I have not done any formal yoga classes in the last decade – just some practice on my own with video guidance. I popped into the center yesterday on a whim. After Judith’s class, I am convinced that I want/need formal classes and that BBC is my home. I’m off next Monday so I will join Judith again and pick up a punch card. Then I’ll try to visit as often as I can.
